About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Informatica PowerCenter Specialist to play a critical role in designing, developing, and managing large-scale enterprise Data Warehouse and ETL solutions within a highly regulated banking and financial services environment. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong ownership of the ETL lifecycle, and the ability to guide teams through complex migration and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the ETL delivery lifecycle, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter across large, complex environments.
• Lead and contribute to PowerCenter migration initiatives (on-prem to cloud or alternative platforms), including assessment, design, development, and enhancements.
• Implement and support Data Warehouse and Data Vault architectures, including HUBs, LINKs, and Satellites.
• Ensure data quality, validation, and reconciliation, adhering to strict regulatory and security standards.
• Work closely with business, architecture, and DevOps teams within Agile/DevOps delivery models.
• Mentor junior and mid-level team members and provide guidance on technical design and best practices.
• Support production cutovers, releases, and incident resolution in mission-critical environments.

• 8 to 13 years of hands-on IT experience with a strong focus on Data Warehousing, ETL development, and Data Quality.
• Extensive real-world enterprise experience with Informatica PowerCenter (versions 8.x-15.x).
• Proven track record of PowerCenter migration projects, including cloud transformations.
• In-depth understanding of Data Warehouse and Data Vault modeling principles.
• Strong background in banking and financial services, working within highly regulated environments.
• Experience operating in large-scale enterprise landscapes with thousands of workflows and complex orchestration.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and influence technical decisions across delivery teams.
