Program Manager - Onsite | Maryland - Space Programs 🛰️
An innovative and fast-growing company in the space sector is seeking a Program Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of complex space programs across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate engineering, mission operations, and customer teams
- Manage timelines, budgets, and program risks in a dynamic environment
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout program lifecycle
- Support scaling of program management processes as the business grows
- Ensure successful execution of multiple concurrent missions
Key Requirements
- Proven program management experience within aerospace or space sector
- Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to regulated or government-led environments
- Technical background (engineering or similar)
- US Citizenship required (clearance beneficial)
