Responsibilities

Entrepreneurial and SalesLeadership: - Responsible for obtaining and developing your own book of business - Responsible for developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls Personnel: - Plan, build and close your own domestic freight business - Understand/Utilize the ImEx tools, programs, pricing, and systems to provide the best customer experience - Quoting, Emailing, Answering Phones, Making Cargo reservations and bookings - Coordinate and work with ImEx team to provide best customer service to agents, clients, partners and vendors - Prepare BOL’s and ensure all paperwork is in order - Communicate effectively/ provide accurate and timely information & documentation - Provide follow up to problems/ Ensure cargo arrival status/Track & Trace - Stay current on training so you possess sufficient technical knowledge to present information on the company’s products in an accurate and balanced manner Requirements ## Qualifications and Requirements ·Effective communication skills both written andverbal ·5 years successful business management ·A proven track record and demonstrated success ·Experienced in freight brokerage business ·Demonstrated success in achieving goals ·Ability to establish and manage executive-levelcustomer relationships ·Ability to work effectively in amatrix-management environment with extended team members ·Ability to resolve complex problems ·Ability to develop strategies, and execute
