Overview

Key responsibilities will include organization, management, control and responsibility for all financial and accounting activity.


Responsibilities

  • Client invoicing, book-keeping and payroll
  • Bank accounts reconciliations
  • Financial reporting, Groupe reporting
  • Assistance on budgets preparations
  • Assistance on statutory reporting
  • Dealings with client on resolving their queries
  • Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues regarding any financial matters
  • Undertaking financial administration and internal audits including internal controls check
  • Assistance with Groupe internal audit and external audits
  • Ensuring that the daily targets are met for the Accounts Receivable function on time


Qualifications

  • Experience in finance within a similar industry
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
