Job Description
We are seeking a Business & Sales Analyst to support both print and digital advertising products across a multi-location publishing organization. This role combines business analysis, sales performance analysis, and operational support for print and digital production. The analyst will identify sales trends, evaluate product performance, and ensure advertising offerings align with production, distribution, and digital delivery requirements.
Conveniently located in downtown Cape Coral for commuters from the Fort Myers area.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance across print and digital advertising products to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs (e.g., revenue, volume, product mix, pricing, and margins).
- Partner with Sales leadership to support forecasting, territory performance, and product strategy.
- Translate advertising sales inputs into production and digital delivery requirements.
- Analyze and document business rules for print production, including page counts, paper weight, printing guidelines, postage requirements, and distribution zones.
- Support digital advertising requirements such as ad placement rules, delivery schedules, and performance tracking.
- Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities across sales, production, and distribution workflows.
- Serve as a liaison between Sales, Production, Digital, Finance, and Distribution teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Sales Analyst, or similar analytical role.
- Experience supporting print and/or digital advertising, media, publishing, or sales-driven organizations.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; advanced Excel required.
- Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, or BI platforms preferred.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to sales and operational stakeholders.
Salary Range
$65,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
