V.P. Sales – Microsoft Consulting Firm
Our client is new to the United States and is building its presence in the Microsoft consulting market. They have brilliant consultants, but they do not currently have strong relationships with Microsoft or Microsoft leadership. They need to hire a proven sales leader who can establish those relationships immediately and help drive business.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience with a Microsoft consulting firm and, most importantly, recent local relationships with Microsoft and Microsoft leadership. These relationships are critical because the company currently does not have them internally.
This is an immediate hire for someone who can step in, leverage existing Microsoft relationships, and help generate business right away.
Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of experience with a Microsoft consulting firm
- Recent local relationships with Microsoft and Microsoft leadership are required
- Proven business development and sales leadership experience
- Ability to help establish and grow a U.S. consulting presence
Compensation
$150,000 to $200,000 base salary with total compensation approximately double at plan.
