Marketing Coordinator & Social Media Manager (Hybrid – Wilmington, DE)

The Inkell Firm is a fast-growing personal injury and medical malpractice law firm built on a foundation of integrity, innovation, and client-first service. We are seeking a driven, organized, and accountable Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help expand our brand, manage marketing initiatives, and support our continued growth.

This is a hybrid role based in Wilmington, Delaware, offering flexibility while staying connected to a collaborative, high-performing team (and our office dog, Mia ).

What You’ll Do

This is a hybrid execution + oversight role for someone who wants ownership—not just tasks.

Social Media & Content

• Oversee and contribute to social media strategy and execution
• Coordinate with external vendors managing Facebook and other platforms
• Create, schedule, and publish content as needed
• Monitor engagement and performance metrics

Vendor Management & Accountability

• Serve as the point of contact for marketing vendors (PPC, social media, etc.)
• Hold vendors accountable for performance, deadlines, and ROI
• Review reports, ask the right questions, and push for continuous improvement
• Ensure alignment between firm goals and vendor execution

Community & Event Marketing

• Coordinate and attend local community outreach events
• Build relationships with organizations and referral partners
• Represent the firm in a professional, engaging way

Client Engagement & Email Marketing

• Maintain touchpoints with current and past clients
• Assist with newsletters and email campaigns
• Help strengthen client relationships and referral networks

Advertising & Campaign Coordination

• Assist in planning and coordinating broader campaigns (PPC, billboards, video)
• Track performance and identify opportunities to improve results

Content & Brand Development

• Assist with blog posts and website updates
• Help shape messaging, storytelling, and brand voice

Technology & AI Integration

• Utilize AI and tools to streamline marketing workflows
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, automation, and efficiency

Business Development (B2B Exposure)

• Support outreach to referral partners and professional networks
• Help grow strategic relationships

Who You Are

• Highly organized with strong project management skills
• Comfortable managing vendors and holding people accountable
• Strong communicator who can ask questions and push for results
• Creative and detail-oriented
• Tech-savvy and eager to leverage AI/tools
• Professional and confident in both digital and in-person settings
• A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience managing marketing vendors or agencies
• Experience with PPC or social media advertising (even at a high level)
• Background in marketing, communications, or a service-based business
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
