Specialty Business Manager, Derm - Colorado Springs, CO

The Specialty Business Manager (SBM) will be responsible for driving demand for assigned products through education, developing business processes that benefit patients, and achieving sales goals and objectives. The role involves engaging in clinical selling activities, supporting account on-boarding, and establishing professional relationships with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree - BA/BS
• 3+ years of successful selling experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device and/or relevant clinical or industry experience.
• Experience calling on Dermatologists/Dermatology experience
• Demonstrated business and strategic planning skills to identify unique selling opportunities and adaptability to changing market conditions.
• Demonstrated understanding of managed care landscape and how it influences/impacts business.
• Strong verbal, influencing, presentation and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and success working in teams.
• Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.
