YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Manager – Global Business Development, you will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth and expanding market presence within the global automotive sector. You will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, build strategic partnerships with key customers, and translate market insights into actionable sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global sales strategies to expand market share and maximize revenue growth
- Lead and cooperate with cross functional team to plan and work out best quote scenarios
- Drive acquisition of new customers through proactive business development activities
- Negotiate prices and business conditions in complex negotiations, work on deal closures , terms, and commercial agreements to secure profitable and long-term partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs through continuous market research and analysis
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Development, Engineering, Operations) to align sales strategies with overall business goals
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments in support of sales initiatives
- Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and key negotiations
- Proven experience in sales leadership or business development within the automotive or industrial sector
- Strong background in managing and growing global or regional key accounts
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in analyzing sales data and performance metrics to drive decision-making
- Strong business acumen with a customer-centric mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
