Qualifications
- Strong account management and client relationship management skills
- Experience in business development, cross-selling, and identifying growth opportunities
- Knowledge of IT hardware, system integration, and solutions, including security, networking, and data center infrastructures
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in understanding or discussing technical solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience in IT hardware solutions or system integration is preferred
