Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager based in Hyderabad. The Key Account Manager will establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients while identifying and pursuing business growth opportunities. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, achieving sales targets, coordinating with internal teams, and driving customer satisfaction. Qualifications

  • Knowledge of IT hardware, system integration, and solutions, including security, networking, and data center infrastructures
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in understanding or discussing technical solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field
  • Prior experience in IT hardware solutions or system integration is preferred
