Position Description
As an Enterprise Account Manager for Major accounts such as Samsung/Hyundai/LG/SK, the candidate will be responsible for building up a business through create/close sales opportunities within named accounts as well as gaining new target customers and accounts out of target accounts in his designated named accounts.
The candidate’s exact level of responsibility may vary widely, according to your experience and seniority.
However, that said, your routine work is likely to include:
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Planning and preparing presentations
- Establishing and maintaining working relationships
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Setting up call center support teams and claims handlers
- Overseeing the development of marketing literature
- Administering accounts and writing reports
- Providing management with market feedback.
Candidate’s routine work will include:
- Making yourself aware of the NetScout products and services capabilities and in particular those specifically relating to your role.
- Deliver value of NetScout to the customers through leadership over customers and resellers
- Close the deals to meet his/her business objectives
- Maintain customer’s satisfaction towards NetScout products and requirements
- Cooperate with other related functions in the company to achieve business objectives and customers’ concerns
- Report the progresses to the management regularly or on demand
- Cooperate with other members in team and make efforts to establish working relationships within team
- Travel to other countries according to company’s direction
- Respect company’s culture and policy
An Account Manager needs:
- Extensive Enterprise Sales/BD experience in relevant vertical sectors
- Good business sense
- Understanding about their market and competitors' products
- Good communications skills, both writing and verbally
- To be self-motivated but able to work as part of a team
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- A positive attitude
- Good negotiation skills and persuasiveness
- Confidence presenting to large groups of people
- Initiative and enterprising
- Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information
- A smart appearance and professional manner
- Integrity throughout the whole works in the company
Requirements
- 10 or more years of sales experiences in Enterprise market with Network, Application and security solutions area in South Korea
- Ability to learn new solution products in a short-term period
- Experiences of sales to large customers in South Korea
- Direct Vendor/OEM sales experience is essential (non-negotiable)
- Strong direct selling experience (not limited to channel-led sales)
- Proven ability to independently drive and close large, complex deals
- Clear ownership of revenue targets, pipeline, and customer engagement
