Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Gurugram. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure processes run efficiently across departments. Responsibilities include analyzing operational workflows, implementing improvements, managing cross-functional teams, coordinating supply chain processes, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. The role requires engaging with vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies.

• Experience in product-based industries, particularly in watch or retail sectors, is a plus
