About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Head of Marketing to lead our end-to-end marketing function. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in performance marketing, with proven experience in scaling digital campaigns, generating qualified leads, optimizing CAC, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on across paid media, funnel optimization, analytics, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube.
- Manage monthly ad budgets and maximize ROI.
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create growth plans to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Identify new channels and opportunities for scale.
Funnel Optimization
- Analyze the customer journey from click to conversion.
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to improve lead quality and sales conversions.
- Work closely with sales teams to improve lead-to-revenue performance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Use data to drive strategic decisions.
Branding & Content Oversight
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Guide content and creative strategies to support campaign objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and improving ROAS.
- Strong understanding of paid media platforms, attribution models, and analytics.
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or high-growth startups.
- Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience managing large advertising budgets.
