What You’ll Do

• Build scalable backend systems powering AI-driven video workflows
• Develop APIs, distributed systems, and real-time data pipelines
• Work closely with research, product, and design teams on new features
• Improve reliability, observability, and performance across core infrastructure

What They’re Looking For

• ~5+ years of backend engineering experience
• Strong Python skills and experience with cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, FastAPI, and CI/CD
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and large-scale data processing
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in generative AI or media/video platforms
• Startup or high-growth company background
• Familiarity with asynchronous workflows and ML infrastructure

How are you compensated?

• $200K–$250K base salary + equity
