Our growing team needs a hand. Join as a Business Development Manager where you'll work on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building new relationships with partners and clients, and improving how we position and sell our services in the market.


Tasks you’ll do:

  • Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities in target markets and industries
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through outbound outreach and networking
  • Lead discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points around data
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the data space
  • Work closely with marketing on lead generation campaigns and go-to-market initiatives



Required skills & experience:

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals
  • Strong understanding of the data landscape (cloud platforms, data warehousing, BI, analytics)
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with outbound prospecting tools
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable owning the full sales cycle
  • Proficiency in English and German


Nice to have's:

  • Existing network of contacts in industries such as finance, banking, retail, telecom, fintech or enterprise IT
  • Experience selling professional service (rather than products)
