Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in running all aspects of the restaurant

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus)
- 1-2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lead by example and inspire team members
- Solid understanding of customer service, food safety, and restaurant operations
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain
