Role Overview
We are looking for a LinkedIn Talent Sourcer to support hiring across Web3-related roles. The position focuses on identifying and engaging high-quality candidates through structured sourcing processes.
Responsibilities

- Identify relevant profiles across Web3 domains
- Conduct targeted outreach to candidates

- Strong written communication skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment workflows

- Experience in crypto/Web3 hiring
