Position: Senior Associate – Real Estate Investor Relations & Investment


Location: Cupertino, CA (San Francisco Bay Area) – Onsite

About the Role

The Senior Associate supports and executes across investor relations, investment analysis, and deal communication. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional who can operate independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and take ownership of core workstreams.

Core Responsibilities


Investor Relations & Communication

* Manage day-to-day investor communication and follow-ups

* Prepare investor updates, reports, and materials

* Respond to investor inquiries in a timely and professional manner


Investment Materials & Deal Support

* Own preparation of investment decks, memos, and summaries

* Ensure consistency between financials and narrative

* Support deal positioning and investor messaging


Financial Analysis

* Build and maintain real estate pro forma models

* Run sensitivity and scenario analyses

* Identify key risks and return drivers


Cross-Functional Coordination

* Work with acquisitions, accounting, development, and leadership teams

* Ensure accuracy and alignment across all deal-related materials


Required Background

* Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field

* 2–5 years of relevant experience

* Strong understanding of real estate financials and investment metrics


Required Skills

* Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Clear written and verbal communication


Language Requirement

Fluent Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) is required, as this role involves direct, daily communication with Mandarin-speaking investors and the preparation of bilingual investment materials.

The expected salary range for this position is $100K to $120K per year. The actual salary offer will be determined based on the successful candidate's geographic location, relevant experience, and specific skill sets, in accordance with California laws.
