We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.The Role
As the Product Manager for Main App Onboarding at Crypto.com, you are the architect of the "First Mile." You will own the critical window from the moment a user downloads the app to the moment they make their first trade. You will navigate the complex intersection of global compliance, fraud prevention, and world-class UI/UX to ensure our users have a seamless entry into the crypto ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities:
- Vision & Strategy: Define and execute a high-impact onboarding strategy that reduces "time-to-trade" while maintaining institutional-grade security.
- Growth Optimization: Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization across the entire sign-up funnel to minimize drop-offs.
- Compliance-First Design: Partner with Global Compliance to embed localized KYC/AML requirements into the product without sacrificing the user experience.
- Vendor Ecosystem: Manage and optimize integrations with third-party identity verification and liveness-detection vendors to improve pass rates and reduce costs.
- Technical Roadmap: Build and prioritize a data-backed roadmap, balancing technical debt, localized regulatory shifts, and new feature launches.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead "squads" of Engineers, Designers, and Data Scientists to ship high-quality features in a fast-paced, 24/7 market environment.
- Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring the onboarding trends to ensure Crypto.com remains the industry benchmark.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 6+ years in Product Management, ideally within FinTech, Neo-banking, or Crypto. Experience with identity verification or high-friction funnels is a significant plus.
- Data-Obsessed: Mastery of product analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Tableau) to diagnose funnel friction and measure success.
- Regulatory Fluency: A solid understanding of global KYC/KYB standards and how they translate into digital product requirements.
- Technical Guts: Comfortable discussing API integrations and backend logic with engineers while maintaining a "user-first" mentality.
- Execution Mindset: Proven track record of taking ownership in a decentralized, fast-moving environment. You are a "doer" who thrives under pressure.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to influence stakeholders across Legal, Risk, Marketing, and Engineering without formal authority.
