Social Media Manager

Quantum builds post-quantum cryptographic infrastructure for blockchain and digital asset security. We protect custodians, exchanges, banks, and blockchain protocols against quantum computing threats using NIST-standard algorithms. As quantum computers advance, the cryptography securing every wallet, transaction, and custody solution in crypto today will become vulnerable. Quantum is building the infrastructure to solve that problem before it arrives.

THE ROLE 

Own Quantum's entire social media presence end-to-end: strategy, content creation, publishing, community engagement, and performance. You are friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoy engaging with people online. You are also deeply agentic: you build systems, automate workflows, and use AI tools daily to operate at the output level of a small team. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Create and publish daily content across multiple social media channels

• Translate complex post-quantum cryptography concepts into accessible, engaging social content 

• Build and manage the content calendar, aligned with product launches, partnerships, and conferences 

• Use AI assistants as core workflow tools for drafting, repurposing, ideation, design, and analytics 

• Build automated publishing pipelines using tools like Typefully

• Engage authentically with the crypto, quantum and developer communities 

• Monitor conversations, respond to community questions, and build relationships with ecosystem partners and KOLs 

• Track and report on engagement, growth, impressions, and sentiment 

• Coordinate with the founding team on narrative, messaging, and campaign priorities 

REQUIREMENTS 

• 2+ years managing social media for a crypto/Web3 project 

• Proven audience growth on X (Twitter) within the crypto ecosystem 

• Strong writer who can simplify technical concepts without losing accuracy 

• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools for content creation (LLMs, AI image/video generators, automation). Already using these, not just curious. 

• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and owns outcomes
