Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in New York, NY, for a Tokenization Associate. The Tokenization Associate will be responsible for executing and managing tokenization processes, coordinating with clients and internal teams, conducting market research, analyzing blockchain trends, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include creating project documentation, providing analytical support, improving tokenization strategies, and contributing to client relationships. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with tokenization processes and digital assets
• Strong analytical and research skills, with knowledge of blockchain technologies and market trends
• Proficiency in project management and documentation
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial industry
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
• Familiarity with decentralized finance, tokenization tools, and Web3 technologies is a plus
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Professional certifications or experience in blockchain/crypto-related fields is an advantage
