Maintenance Planner

Remotely support of Maintenance Planning of rotating equipment and static equipment.

Create job packages (work packs) Job procedure/Standard Maintenance procedures (SMP) of static and rotating equipment.

Plan all the maintenance activities such as preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance and record history of maintenance activity.

Understand/review P&ID, Isometric Drawing, Equipment drawing, Civil Foundation Drawing, 3-D Model, Plot Plan, Lay out, Equipment GA drawing etc.Working on PM & MM modules of SAP to maintain the equipment history, material reservation, Consumption, Master data management, Preparing task lists, maintenance items/ maintenance plan, task list enhancement, work order planning etc.

Piping knowledge: Pipe fabrication/erection according to P&ID and Isometric drawing, support drawings, piping specs etc.

Support CI/PI ideas within team

Work Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Strong Engineering Fundamentals
• 8+ Years of Experience in either of the industries - (Refinery,Oil and gas,Power generation, Steel plant, Edible oil production, Big pharma industries, Mining industry, Pesticide / Agro chemical production, Marine maintenance)
• Experience in working with cutomers/stakeholders
• Work with team in generating process improvement and cost saving through CI/PI ideas
• Provide weekly/monthly status reports to relevant stakeholders
• In depth exposure on Process Knowledge
• Strong knowledge in Operations and Maintenance
• Expertise in Maintenance of Rotary & Static Equipment
• Expert in reading all the documentation like P& ID, Layout drawings & Isometrics
• Good written and verbal communications
• Candidate should have good Analytical skills
• Strong Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
