Location: Remote from Western USA – Must reside near a major airport/metropolitan area
Salary: $75K-$90K Base + Uncapped Commission (Yr 1 ~$25K, Yr 2 ~50K-$80K) + Annual Bonus

Healthcare Technology Sales - West (REMOTE) Description

Our client in the healthcare technology industry is looking for a Healthcare Technology SalesRepresentative to add to their team in the Western United States. In this role, you will drive new business development and manage the full sales cycle for medical-grade computing devices, rugged tablets, and related accessories within hospitals, clinics, EMS providers, and healthcare systems. The ideal candidate will have experience selling into the hospital channel and a proven ability to hunt for new opportunities. To be successful, you must be self-directed, comfortable with long sales cycles, and skilled at building strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization and expand market share across a high-impact territory.

Healthcare Technology Sales - West (REMOTE) Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle sales for healthcare IT products within the assigned territory
    • Identify, qualify, and pursue sales leads for medical-grade PCs, tablets, and monitors
    • Develop and maintain relationships with hospital IT leaders, CIOs, and administrators
    • Position rugged tablets to EMS, ambulance, fire, and emergency departments
    • Customize solutions to fit healthcare workflows and field environments
    • Drive long-cycle hospital sales from prospecting through deal close
    • Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to achieve targets
    • Create travel schedules to meet with customers and attend trade shows
    • Meet with customers and deliver formal and informal product presentations
    • Record and track all sales activities using CRM software
    • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale transitions and client support
    • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistent outbound activity to meet goals
    • Stay informed on HIPAA compliance and evolving trends in healthcare IT

Healthcare Technology Sales - West (REMOTE) Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience within the hospital channel is required
    • Experience selling non-disposable products with a longer sales cycle is required
    • Proven experience hunting for sales leads & closing deals is required
    • Willingness to travel 50% in your assigned region is required
