Digital/ Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs for our social media platforms, email campaigns, and website. This role requires a blend of creativity and strategic thinking to ensure that all designs align with our brand and effectively communicate our message.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital design projects for social media, ensuring all visuals are engaging and on-brand.
• Create visually appealing email templates and website designs that enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce cohesive and effective digital campaigns.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to InDesign, to create high-quality design assets.
• Ensure all designs are logically constructed and convey the desired message effectively.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

• Proven experience in digital design for social media, email, and websites.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
• Experience with CRM systems is essential; familiarity with Total Expert or Surefire is a plus.
• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to create designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and strategically sound.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback
• Innovative and creative mindset with a keen eye for design trends
