CRM Developer

We are seeking a CRM Developer with a focus on Salesforce to support the design, development, and optimization of our CRM systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce experience, is detail-oriented, and can deliver efficient solutions that improve system performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage custom fields, objects, and page layouts within Salesforce.
• Design and maintain automation flows, validation rules, and process builders.
• Develop and implement email templates, reports, and dashboards.
• Customize Lightning pages and build custom-coded components when needed.
• Research and recommend new Salesforce features, apps, or integrations to improve workflow efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure data integrity and streamline reporting processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 1+ years of hands-on Salesforce development or administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Apex triggers a plus).
• Experience building and managing reports, dashboards, and layouts.
• Proficient in customizing and extending Salesforce functionality using configuration and code.
• Ability to research, evaluate, and implement new CRM features or tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Resourceful and efficient coding habits with attention to scalability and performance.
• Salesforce Developer or Administrator certification is preferred but not required.
