Junior Project Manager - Software Solutions Implementation (English + Arabic)

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic consulting team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to implement, maintain, manage and optimize CRM Platforms and other software solutions for our clients.

This remote contract-based role offers an opportunity to provide technical proficiency, strategic-thinking and customer engagement to a diverse client base. You will work closely with our internal consulting team and clients on CRM implementations and ecosystems to drive value and achieve commercial objectives.

Essential:

• Knowledge and experience of minimum 1 - 2 years in managing and maintaining software platforms

• Strong problem solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.

• Project and time-management skills

• Good communication and presentation skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and clients.

• Resourcefulness and ability to solve problems independently.

• Discretion and commitment to confidentiality.

• BA degree Technology, Business or a related field.

• Fluency in English and Arabic.

• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Desirable:

• Technical skills including SQL and HTML

• Knowledge of sales and marketing processes

• French language proficiency.
