Our Client, a leading A-rated Insurance Carrier, is actively enhancing their California Workers Compensation Department. They are in search of an experienced Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor to oversee moderate to complex, litigated Workers Compensation Lost Time claims across California from start to finish.
Requirements
- Lead a team of adjusters managing a caseload of 90-100 moderate to complex, litigated California Workers' Compensation claims independently.
- Evaluate and resolve issues related to coverage, compensability, damage assessment, and reserve adequacy for each claim.
- Maintain effective communication with policyholders, agents, claimants, attorneys, and medical providers.
- Negotiate settlements adeptly with injured workers and their legal representatives.
- Offer strategic direction to legal counsel and supervise the litigation process effectively.
