Responsibilities

Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping

Requirements

Experience in recruitment delivery, sourcing, and structured screening Working knowledge of market mapping and candidate engagement techniques Ability to manage multiple requisitions or searches without compromising quality Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management
