HelloKindred is looking for an AWS API Technical Architect to design secure, scalable, and well-integrated API and microservices architectures across multiple enterprise applications and distributed services. The successful candidate will contribute to architecture design, modernization initiatives, deployment planning, and secure integration strategies.
Requirements
- Design serverless and microservices-based API architectures on AWS
- Define and apply RESTful API design patterns and enterprise integration standards
- Support system and data integration across distributed applications and services
- Assess technical debt and recommend pragmatic modernization approaches
- Collaborate with product teams to design solutions aligned with business and technical roadmaps
- Support deployment planning, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization efforts
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and delivery teams to ensure secure and observable solution architectures
- Design integrations with identity providers and secure access management patterns
- Support cloud-native architecture initiatives across AWS environments
- Contribute to scalable and resilient API, data, and microservices strategies
- Support operational monitoring, observability, and governance initiatives across distributed systems
- Provide technical guidance on secure integration, cloud services, and modernization best practices
