Responsibilities
Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed Define process standards and improve operational metrics for time-to-hire and quality-of-hire Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping
Requirements
Experience managing or leading talent acquisition delivery, workflow prioritisation, or quality control Ability to define hiring process standards and improve operational metrics Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence without authority Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management
Benefits
