As a Client Onboarding Consultant, you'll run inbound Fit Calls with prospective clients to assess their fit with Root Financial's services, build rapport, and match them with the right advisor. You'll work with high-net-worth individuals to understand their financial goals and pain points, and communicate Root's value proposition with clarity and confidence.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or financial planning
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients
- Strong working knowledge of retirement planning concepts
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus)
- CFP designation or Series 65 preferred but not required
- Experience leveraging video messaging tools (e.g., Loom) to increase engagement, build trust, and move prospects forward
Benefits
- Base salary: $90,000
- Variable compensation target: $60,000–$90,000 tied to qualified enrollment metrics
- OTE: $150,000–$180,000
