Perceptyx is seeking a Product Deployment Specialist to help new and emerging capabilities successfully move from roadmap to real-world customer deployment. This role is responsible for ensuring new capabilities are deployable, adoptable, and able to mature into scalable offerings.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Product Operations, Technical Program Delivery, Solutions Engineering, Technical Implementation, Product Enablement, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong practical understanding of APIs, integrations, automation patterns, data flows, and enterprise platform behaviors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical criteria into business values for non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience creating technical documentation, implementation checklists, repeatable workflows, and enablement assets.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, emerging spaces where processes are still evolving, while maintaining sharp attention to execution detail.
