Role Summary:
The KM Lead will own and drive the organization’s Knowledge Management strategy, ensuring effective creation, governance, and reuse of knowledge assets. The role focuses on improving business outcomes through optimized Knowledge platforms, strong stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute Knowledge Management strategy, governance, and processes.
- Build and maintain enterprise knowledge portals and CMS platforms.
- Lead content structuring, taxonomy, metadata, and information architecture.
- Drive a culture of knowledge creation, sharing, and collaboration across business units.
- Drive adoption through analytics, user engagement, and awareness programs.
- Partner with global stakeholders and leadership teams to deliver KM solutions across Global Operations and Support teams.
- Lead employee awareness, communication, and engagement initiatives to promote KM tools and programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor for content and knowledge-related initiatives.
Skills & Tools:
- Content and Knowledge Management: Strategy, governance, content lifecycle, knowledge harvesting, information architecture, metadata, and taxonomy
- Communication: Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- KM tools like SharePoint, CMS, Web analytics, and Power Apps/Automate
