Kion - TikTok Affiliate Administrator

We're looking for two TikTok Affiliate Administrators to manage and grow our TikTok affiliate creators programs. The role involves managing high-volume outbound outreach, onboarding new creators, and building lasting relationships with active affiliates. One program will be managed in the TikTok shop, and one will be managed via Aspire.

Requirements

• 1-2 years minimum experience managing affiliate or creator programs
• Hands-on experience with the TikTok Shop Affiliate platform
• Strong outbound and onboarding skills for creator or affiliate programs
• Excellent written communication for daily outreach and relationship management
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows including lists, invites, and onboarding flows

Benefits

• $1,800 – $2,400 per month
• 20 days of paid time off annually
