HR Officer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Officer to manage core human resources functions across our remote organisation.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HR officer role Sound knowledge of South African labour law (BCEA, LRA, EEA) Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll platforms Strong interpersonal and communication skills High level of discretion and confidentiality Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
