As a Senior Technical Writer, you will author internal and customer-facing documentation for several highly technical products, working with a cross-functional team and ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer-facing documentation.
Requirements
- Prior documentation experience authoring documentation for software products
- BS/BA in Computer Science or other relevant fields
- At least 5+ years of experience in software technical documentation
- Ability to make complicated concepts easy to understand
- Experience as a technical writer role in an agile software development environment
- Experience in writing API documentation
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience in image capture tools and PowerPoint to convey concepts when needed
- Ownership and “can do” attitude with the passion to meet aggressive deadlines
- Experience in IT security technologies and also iOS and Android mobile operating systems and technologies is highly desirable
