Sobi is seeking a Contracts and Systems Manager CEERJ to provide support to the teams in the CEERJ region in relation to preparing, reviewing, managing and overseeing contracts and contractual processes. The role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, data privacy, and contracting principles, as well as excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage routine contracts with third-party vendors
- Ensure all contracts comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and Finance teams
- Maintain a centralized contract management system
- Monitor contract performance and obligations
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks
- Support audits and inspections
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders
- Manage and develop systems used for contractual processes
