Kion - TikTok Affiliate Administrator

Kion is seeking two TikTok Affiliate Administrators to manage and grow TikTok affiliate creators programs. The roles involve managing high-volume outbound outreach, onboarding new creators, and building lasting relationships with active affiliates inside TikTok's native affiliate platform.

Requirements

• 1–2 years minimum experience managing affiliate or creator programs
• Hands-on experience with the TikTok Shop Affiliate platform
• Strong outbound and onboarding skills for creator or affiliate programs
• Excellent written communication for daily outreach and relationship management
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows including lists, invites, and onboarding flows

Benefits

• $1,800 – $2,400 per month, depending on experience
