Bluesight is a high growth healthcare information technology company seeking a SaaS Contracts Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house environment and be licensed to practice law in the United States. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as advising on contract interpretation and risk exposure.
Requirements
- Healthcare transactional attorney with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- In-house experience at a healthcare technology company preferred
- OIG compliance experience ideal
- J.D. degree and licensed to practice law in the United States
- Member in good standing of at least one State Bar
