Requirements
- Own and manage ticketing and service workflows
- Support and maintain internal systems
- Build and maintain basic SQL-based reporting
- Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automations
- Support operational compliance efforts
- Partner cross-functionally with all functions
- Create and maintain clear SOPs and documentation
- Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly
