Mid/Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to manage paid media execution across our growing US e-commerce portfolio, with a focus on Amazon Ads and scaling spend profitably.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC or performance marketing campaigns at scale.
• Strong understanding of paid media fundamentals: bidding, budget allocation, scaling, testing, and performance optimization.
• Track record of scaling spend while maintaining or improving profitability (ROAS / contribution margin).
• Proven experience managing and scaling paid media budgets of at least $30,000/month.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns or complex account structures.
• Ability to analyze performance data and make clear, confident decisions based on it.
• Structured way of working with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in high-volume environments.
