High-Thrust Engine Lead

We are seeking a High-Thrust Engine Lead to help us in our mission by leading the activities of Storm development and managing the team. The team will be responsible for leading the hiring process, supporting and challenging the team in their main design choices and development logic, overseeing the planning and execution of engineering projects, and supporting the business team to find new opportunities.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in propulsion engineering, system engineering, aerospace engineering, or another related field
• Over 10 years of experience in systems engineering or spacecraft development roles
• Strong understanding of cryogenic rocket engines and cryogenic propulsive systems
• Demonstrated experience in managing requirements, interfaces, and technical budgets
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent collaboration skills for working effectively across departments to achieve seamless system integration
• Fluency in English, with strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong organization and task prioritization skills
• Positive and flexible attitude
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the business
