We are seeking a Head of Operations to join our team at Thndr, a digital investing platform in Egypt. As Head of Operations, you will own the operational excellence at scale and build operations across systems that run reliably, raise the standard of execution, and shape how the function performs as Thndr expands across markets, asset classes, and millions of customers.
Requirements
- Define the operating model across Trading Ops, Financial Ops, and Account Opening
- Own the daily and ad hoc cycles that keep the platform running end-to-end across every market we operate in
- Build and grow the team that delivers all of this — operations managers and specialists across trading, money movement, and account opening
- Own incident management as a core operational discipline
