We are seeking a motivated and efficient Chat Support Agent to assist customers in real time via live chat and messaging platforms.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in live chat support, customer service, or a similar role
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45 WPM)
- Strong written communication skills — clear, friendly, and professional
- Ability to manage multiple chats simultaneously without compromising quality
- Familiarity with helpdesk or chat tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshchat, or similar)
- Patient, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
- Matric certificate required
