About the Project

The team is building seller platform capabilities for a live commerce ecosystem where sellers can log in, manage auctions, and interact with buyers in real time. The platform is a high-performance, customer-facing live application built primarily on Java-based technologies.

The ideal candidate should understand large-scale eCommerce or live commerce applications and be comfortable driving cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced product environments.

Role Overview

• We are looking for a strong Technical Program Manager (TPM) who can drive end-to-end program execution across Product and Engineering teams. This role requires someone who is technically strong enough to understand architecture discussions, challenge approaches when needed, and ensure the successful and timely delivery of complex initiatives.
• The ideal candidate is proactive, execution-focused, highly organized, and able to operate effectively in highly collaborative environments.
• This is not a pure engineering or system design role, but the candidate must have enough technical depth to engage meaningfully with engineering teams and understand how large-scale customer-facing systems operate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end technical programs across Product, Engineering, and Business teams
• Drive planning, execution, risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery timelines
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to align business goals with technical execution
• Participate in technical discussions and challenge solutions, trade-offs, and implementation approaches when necessary
• Ensure initiatives are delivered on time with high quality and operational readiness
• Track program health, identify blockers, and proactively drive resolution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple stakeholders and geographies
