Role Overview

As Integration Architect, you design and govern scalable, secure integration architectures across our global systems landscape. You enable seamless data flow between ERP, CRM, EDI, and other enterprise platforms, ensuring reliable and high-quality integrations across regions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Integration Architecture & Delivery

• Design end-to-end integration solutions across ERP, CRM, EDI, and other enterprise systems
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable architectures across regions
• Define and implement appropriate integration patterns (API-based, event-driven, synchronous/asynchronous)

Platform Ownership & Governance

• Own and govern the integration platform (Jitterbit/iPaaS), acting as the technical authority
• Define global standards, reusable components, and best practices
• Lead architecture and design reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance

API & Data Integration Excellence

• Design and deliver APIs and integration services (REST/SOAP, messaging, orchestration)
• Ensure high-quality, secure data exchange and interoperability across systems
• Establish monitoring, validation, and error-handling mechanisms across interfaces

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Drive performance, scalability, and reliability of the integration landscape
• Optimize monitoring, error handling, and platform configuration
• Continuously improve architecture, tools, and processes, including evaluating new technologies

Global Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Global IT, Commercial, and Operations teams across regions
• Align integration approaches with business priorities and local requirements
• Manage and guide external vendors and ensure delivery quality

Requirements

Experience

• 10+ years in integration, with architecture experience
• 5+ years in integration or solution architecture roles
• Strong expertise in APIs, REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, OData, and web service security protocols

Skills/Accreditations

• High degree of commitment, accountability, and a willingness to learn
• Commercial focus
• Fluency in English is a must
• Experience with Jitterbit or comparable iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi), including design and governance of enterprise integrations
• Strong knowledge of message brokers and eventing platforms, such as Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, or Kafka
• Deep understanding of SOA principles, enterprise integration patterns, and API-first architecture
• Skills in synchronous/asynchronous integration, event-driven patterns, and message queues (Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience with Azure Data Factory will be a plus
• Global mindset with strong stakeholder and communication skills

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer Science or Equivalent

• up to 10% - as per business needs
