What you can expect
- You design and scale SaaS product operations across digital product teams, ensuring discovery‑led, user‑centric ways of working.
- You establish standardized product discovery, tooling, and enablement frameworks that create consistency and scalability across products.
- You lead ecosystem & partner management as well as digital financial planning and reporting, ensuring commercial alignment and transparency.
- You empower Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing with product expertise and enablement to drive effective SaaS go‑to‑market motions.
- You build up and lead a high‑performing team of Digital Product Operations and Business Development Managers while shaping a strong outcome‑, data‑, and experimentation‑driven product culture.
- You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a comparable field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- You bring 5+ years of professional experience in digital product management, SaaS product operations, business development, or platform‑driven environments.
- You have proven experience working with SaaS business models, including recurring revenue logic, unit economics, forecasting, and ROI‑based portfolio steering.
- You have demonstrated success in building or scaling product operating models, discovery standards, and enablement frameworks across multiple product teams.
- You have strong experience working with executive‑level stakeholders and can communicate complex topics clearly and in a decision‑oriented manner.
