Receptionist for Family Owned RV Dealership

As our new receptionist, you will be the voice and face of our RV dealership. So we need someone with a winning attitude and a professional appearance. While we prefer someone with experience, candidates with great potential will also be considered. Our dealership is a family, and we treat each employee as such. As the receptionist you become the first and last contact with every customer that comes in. Job Responsibilities

• Understand and follow receptionist processes and procedures
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and sorting mail
• Receive visitors and obtain name and nature of business
• Update call and message log
• Enter data in various systems to assist with the organization of the dealership
• Direct clients to lounge and refer clients to appropriate personal for vehicle status updates
• Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance
• Monitor company vehicle keys
• Organize new vehicle packets and brochures
• Attend department meetings
• Work 40 hours a week. Tuesday-Saturday's (Sunday and Monday Off)

High school diploma or GED; 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training; Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience and commensurate with Fortune 500 companies.

Benefits

Sick Days/ Personal Days= 3 days annually earned after 6 months

Paid time off= 5 paid holiday days per year

New Years, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

Paid Vacation- 1 week paid vacation after one year anniversary date

2 weeks after two years

3 weeks after five years
