Job Overview

BraveUS is seeking an Agentic AI Architect & Delivery Lead to design, build, and operationalize the agentic AI orchestration backbone that powers our end-to-end Finance & Accounting BPO services. Leveraging UiPath Maestro and Automation Anywhere's Process Reasoning Engine (PRE) as the dual-platform foundation, this leader will head a cross-functional team that transforms complex, judgment-heavy financial processes into supervised-autonomous workflows, where AI agents reason, robots execute, and humans escalate only when necessary.

The mandate is clear: deliver measurable ROI through 80 to 90%+ straight-through processing in client F&A operations while maintaining full auditability, compliance, and governance. Every AI agent is treated as a trusted digital colleague, governed, orchestrated, and continuously optimized. This role is equal parts hands-on architect, team builder, and BPO transformation leader: the person who makes agentic AI the new operating model for finance outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the delivery team, initially 5 to 7 members scaling to 15+, and establish a Center of Excellence for agentic BPO delivery.
• Architect the hybrid orchestration backbone, combining UiPath Maestro (BPMN flows, healing agents, process intelligence) with Automation Anywhere PRE (reasoning, dynamic decisioning) and ensuring seamless handoffs between platforms.
• Deliver agentic F&A workflows end-to-end across invoice processing, reconciliations, financial close, AP/AR, and compliance, with real-time monitoring and human-in-the-loop escalation.
• Embed governance and ROI tracking through audit trails, PII masking, compliance controls (SOC 2, SOX, GDPR), and dashboards that prove 30%+ client cost reduction.
• Scale client outcomes from pilot to production, partnering with client finance teams to co-create solutions and translate agentic flows into clear ROI stories for CFOs.

Skills & Qualifications

Required

• 7+ years in enterprise automation/RPA, with 4+ years building agentic AI solutions in production.
• Deep hands-on expertise in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Maestro, Agent Builder, AI Center, Document Understanding) and Automation Anywhere (Automation 360, PRE, AI Agent Studio, Co-Pilot).
• Proven delivery of F&A automation (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, month-end close, P2P/O2C/R2R) with measurable ROI.
• Experience leading teams of 3+ and building automation CoEs or BPO delivery practices.
• Low-code and pro-code proficiency: Python, .NET, APIs, and ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Preferred

• BPO or managed services background delivering outsourced F&A to external clients.
• Certifications: UiPath RPA Architect / Advanced Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced or AI Automation Engineer.
• Located in or able to travel to Bogotá for client workshops.
