Senior Analyst, Asset Management

Our client is a true mission driven real estate investment and development firm with over USD $1B of AuM. They have a clear strategy to 10x their footprint over the next decade.

We are looking for a Senior Asset Management Analyst who wants more than just a desk job. This is an entrepreneurial role designed for a "learner" who craves significant responsibility and direct exposure to senior leadership.

The Impact You Will Make

This isn’t a typical "back-office" analyst role. You will bridge the gap between financial strategy and boots-on-the-ground operations, split across two key areas:

• Strategic Analysis (50%): You will drive property performance through monthly financial reviews, identifying top priorities for each asset, and managing business plans through completion. You’ll work closely with in-house construction team on value-add renovations and product selection.
• Operational Execution (50%): You will be on the road visiting assets, understanding property-level nuances, and building high-impact relationships with third-party property management partners.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 2–4 years in Real Estate Investment, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Brokerage.
• The Toolkit: Advanced financial modeling skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable property-level strategies.
• Value-Add Mindset: Experience in multifamily value-add strategies is highly preferred. While affordable housing experience is a plus, we value your analytical "horsepower" and drive above specific sector knowledge.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: We love candidates who eventually want to own their own portfolios. We don’t expect you to hide your ambitions; we want to help you build the skills to get there.
• Communication: You are as comfortable presenting to a CEO as you are walking a job site with a property manager.
